Founded by Shawnequa Albert, SHRM-SCP, a polymath and executive leader with over 26 years of global HR, workforce development, and leadership experience, Love Them and Lead Them bridges the gap between education, workforce readiness, and life success. 

Our team partners with colleges, universities, government agencies, and community organizations to design and deliver innovative programs that support onboarding, retention, reentry, internship preparedness, life skills mastery, and career transitions.
