About The Founder and CEO

Shawnequa Alleyne is the Founder and CEO of Love Them and Lead Them, LLC. A native of White Plains, New York and an accomplished leader with over 23 years of HR Management experience meeting enterprise objectives while positively influencing organizational performance through expert management of all HR operations. Leading by example, has led to the demonstrated accomplishment of building, motivating and developing highly effective teams of HR professionals and staff.  Committed to making an impact from the ground level up, Shawnequa seeks to develop trust and convey transparency with all of her clients, professional peers and staff from the onset.  Recognizing that there is a no one size fits all approach in the application of Human Resources, her management style compliments ensuring diversity, inclusiveness and accessibility at all levels.
